• The President is escorted to the hotel L.I.N.C.O.L.N (Leaders In Need Christian-Only Lockdown Network). Natasha demonstrates the security measures.

Xavier decides to contact the Brotherhood of Mutants and attempt to negotiate with them.

Jean Grey begins to suspect that Wolverine let Cyclops die in an attempt to be with her.

Xavier, Storm, and Jean Grey meet Magneto via a psychic at the Metropolitan Museum of Art to discuss joining forces, this is a ruse perpetrated by Xavier to allow Wolverine to attempt to follow Magneto’s psychic and determine the location of the Brotherhood's base. Magneto is aware of the ploy and has Xavier followed in turn and leaks the information of the X-Men safe house to the Ultimates as an anonymous tip.

The Ultimates use neural scramblers to disable the X-Men telepaths for a 25 minute window of opportunity and move in.

Notes:

- L.I.N.C.O.L.N has been in existence as a Presidential safe haven since the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. It is also referenced by Nick Fury that Bill Clinton used the area as a hideout from Hillary during the sex scandal that occurred during his presidency.

- It is mentioned that during Magneto’s attack, the Hulk temporarily escaped and ate the nursing staff (6 people) during a 2 minute period.

- Captain America tells Wasp that they are aware she is a mutant and not to worry about it. Cap calls Wasp “sweetheart” indicating romantic interest in her. Steve Rodgers and Janet Pym become romantically involved in The Ultimates 13.

- Condoleezza Rice dismisses Xavier’s pleas for amnesty and states that “Charles Xavier can no longer be trusted”.

- Bobby Drake’s family is on the run. They are currently in Cleveland, Ohio.
