Ultimate X-Men #41 (Brian Michael Bendis, David Finch)

• An unnamed boy (he signs a letter to his mom with the initial J) develops mutants powers that cause him to release toxins and poisons that kills organic tissue in a radius around him. He kills over 265 people before he realizes what is happening and retreats to a cave. Wolverine locates him and informs him of what has happened. Wolverine then kills the kid on Nick Fury’s orders.
