• Harry sees the fight between his father and Peter and makes the connection about both of their identities. Peter escapes the chokehold that Norman has him in and throws a desk at Norman that goes out the window and begins to fall towards the street. Peter stops the falling desk, aware that it could hit people below. A S.H.I.E.L.D. helicopter hover outside the penthouse, unable to take a shot at Norman because of obstruction from Harry.
• Norman attempts to hurt Peter from behind while he is occupied with the desk. Harry picks up a large shard of metal and plunges it into Norman’s back. Norman turns on his son ready to attack when he is hit from behind by a barrage of fire from the helicopter. Norman convulses and returns to his human form, unconscious. Harry starts to ask Peter something about his identity and then passes out from the stress.
• Nick Fury arrives at the penthouse with several S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and begins cleanup. Fury states that they will place Harry into rehab and reprogram his hypnotherapy. Fury informs Peter that MJ made it to safety and then orders surveillance on Peter to be ceased. Fury then informs Peter that when he turns 18, that he belongs to S.H.I.E.L.D. After this proclamation, Peter runs from the scene.
• Peter makes his way to the warehouse where MJ is waiting. Peter asks her why she was at the Osborns, and realizes that he never told her that Harry’s dad was still dangerous. He tells her that Harry is gone. MJ asks Peter what happened and he tells her that he does not want to talk about it yet.
