Kraven’s film crew is shooting his hunt and announces that Spider-Man has been sighted and that the hunt is coming to its climax. Kraven meditates and prepares for the upcoming battle.

• At Hammer industries, Otto Octavius reveals that Justin Hammer has enacted crimes against humanity at his labs and that Hammer is responsible for Otto’s condition. He challenges Hammer to get out of his limo and answer the questions of the press. When Hammer does not respond, Otto attacks the limo, lifting it into the air. Spider-Man then interrupts and attacks Otto.

• After a strenuous battle, Spider-Man defeats Dr. Octopus on live television. The reporters note that Spider-Man came to the rescue of Justin Hammer and worked to keep Otto from harming the journalists who came to cover the event.

• After the battle with Otto is over, Peter is confronted by Kraven the Hunter who has arrived at the scene.
