Her primary works include a riff show titled In A Minute, and a more general pundit/opinion show titled Glass of Water.
Lily Orchard has garnered infamy on the internet for her apparent misunderstanding of story writing as evident by her now-deleted Twitter thread "Simple Writing Tips: A Thread." In addition to this, she is also known for creating the infamous two-hour-long rant "Steven Universe Is Garbage And Here Is Why" and the My Little Pony fanfiction "Stockholm". <ref>https://fimfetch.net/story/170125/stockholm</ref> Lily denies the existence of Stockholm.
On June 24, 2021, her fiancée Mikaila Turkleson Orchard officially joined her channel, with Lily moving the latter's videos to her own channel.

Lily is a trans woman who had been creating MLP related content for quite some time before she got married to Mikalia. She had been a member of the brony community and would collab with Josh Scorcher and InkRose. She would review My Little Pony, Pokémon, fanfiction and even add her own original characters. In 2014 she wrote a MLP fanfiction entitled "Stockholm". She has her own webcomic called "Pokemadhouse". In 2015 and 2016, she decided to change her content to reviewing mainstream cartoons such as Steven Universe and The Legend of Korra, making two long-form videos on them, while still maintaining her old series such as Glass of Water.
She talks about fan culture such as shipping and fan art in her videos too, often in an aggressive critical manner, critiquing ships that are unhealthy/abusive, and fan art that she deems is offensive.
Between 2017 and 2018, Lily's content became steadily more venomous and vitriolic with many fans becoming turned off from it. From 2019 onward, it eased off. Lily later stated that the reason for the steady decline was the fact that she was stuck in an abusive relationship and it had detrimental effects on her mental health, in addition to having been raped two months prior to the end of the relationship. In 2020, Orchard completely broke down during a video in which she detailed increasing pressure from fans going to her for creative and personal advice on one hand, and critics hounding her over some of her actions and views on the other, describing the two as "treating [her] like a free editor and therapist" and as always claiming "harassment from the alt-right." She took a hiatus after that and closed off her social media for several months.

On March 22nd, 2024, Lily's younger sibling Courtney Orchard uploaded a video where they accused Lily of having sexually abused them as a child. Claiming that she would frequently sneak into their room and steal their undergarments, catch Lily sneaking into Courtney's room, and them having bed wetting episodes every night until it stopped after a lock for the door was used. Lily has said that she no longer considers Courtney her sibling, calling them a "Piece of Work".
