Each topic has its own page in a Wiki.

To create a new topic, start by placing an internal link (simply the name of your topic) on an existing page. Type it in double brackets like this:

[[my topic]]

Save the page, then click the link (it will be red.) That will bring up your new page and you can start typing!

Once you have saved the new topic page, all links to it will automatically turn blue.
