This structure has all assignments originating from Tribewanted HQ. The online community creates proposals, based on recommendations of outside consultants and tribal tikinas. All plans & proposals must be approved by Tribwanted HQ. If approved, Tribewanted HQ passes the plans on to the local tribe, the Fijian government and finally the island team for implementation.
