Introduction
It started with a simple discussion on Time-Zones. No. 1 Chelsea Fan was just interested to find out what time-zone everyone was on. But then, it matured, developed, and became something completely different.
The TP Congress was formed.
James and Lily had thought that an American State known as "TPVille" would be cool. So, slowly but surely, members started be given titles in the 'TP Congress', the government which would control this place. It was mainly instigated/organised by Courtney and Libby. Below are the positions, with a brief description of what each job involves.
