Mad Mod

Character Description
Mad Mod is a villain of the Titans. He has red hair, speaks with a British accent, uses a jeweled cane, dons a black suit, and uses spectacles. He is actually a really old villain, and has to operate in a different way, due to his old age. Interestingly, he appears as a young person in Titans Together, although this either may be due to a hologram similar to the one he used in Mad Mod (episode), or owing to the fact that he stole the youth of someone else.
He captured them to teach them academics since he felt they needed schooling, because of their constant interfering with villains plans. He was defeated after Robin ripped through one of his screens and discovered him.
He then reappears in Revolution in an attempt to brainwash the people of Jump City that they (the Americans) still belonged to Britain. He captures Robin and steals his youth, but is defeated by the rest of the Titans, who form a plan by fusing their plans together (except for Beast Boy's idea of an animal army) and tricking Mad Mod by pretending to be defeated, knocking loose his grip on the cane and allowing Robin to steal his youth back.
