Brother Blood

Character Description
Blood is the charismatic, and sadistic Headmaster of H.I.V.E Academy. He first appeared in Final Exam, and when Cyborg figured out his plans, Brother Blood attempted to bribe him with the weapon that they were building as a "school project". Cyborg appeared to agree, but just as it appeared that it would fire it at his teammates, he turned around and fired it at Brother Blood. Brother Blood and a few of his students managed to escape the collapsing school before reappearing in Wavelength, where he modeled a sonic weapon after Cyborg's technology (he had stolen Cyborg's blueprints]].
He planned to destroy Jump City with a giant Tidal wave, but the plan was foiled by Cyborg and Bumblebee, a former student of the Hive Academy.
Brother Blood later appeared in Titans East Part I and Titans East Part II, where he became a cyborg himself and attempted to brainwash a new league of supers to make a new Hive Academy. He was defeated by Cyborg, who gained powers and disarmed him (Blood)- literally.
