Jo-Barf Creepy is a changeling in TimeSplitters Future Perfect that takes the form of Jo-Beth Casey. You fight a couple in the Mansion Of Madness level, and she is also unlockable by beating that level on Easy Mode. She retains Jo-Beth's enviable curves, but little else.
