Devoted acolyte to her Halibel-sama, she is somewhat quick-tempered but not as much as her sister-in-arms, Appache. She knows when it's time to get down to business however, and doesn't hesitate when it comes to doing her master's bidding.

Not much is known about her individual zanpakutou release but one assumes she has the power of cero, like other arrancars and use of her zanpakutou and of course the iron skin.

The first look we see at Mila Rose is when she is with Halibel and the others, watching the battle between Grimmjow and Ichigo. She makes a comment on the ignorance of Grimmjow's release towards Ichigo. Halibel makes a remark that it was 'natural for them to be afraid of an Espada in release'. To which she replies, 'yes ma'am' and looks contrite. She is also seen laughing and kidding with her fellow acolytes, getting irritated at Sun-sun's sarcasm and disciplining Appache. Leading one to think she is perhaps the older follower.
