Narrative connector
From Technomancer
A narrative connector is a new paragraph displayed as the result of an option in a decision fork, which has only one option. Therefore, the reader must choose that option. Narrative connectors often help bridge converging narratives that don't link up seamlessly. For example, decision fork A may have an option which links directly to decision fork X, while decision fork B (which the author may intend to link to X) requires some connecting text before X will make sense.
