Introduction concept

I'm thinking that this portion should be mostly about what the world is like now. The historical stuff can go into the various cultural histories.

Also, Port Conastinium is not he capitol. And there are few 'roads' leading there, many water routes, but not much as far as road. - Citizen Joe

I thought we wanted to provide some brief history to establish how great the Feldarin empire was prior to the plague. That's all I was going for. - MostlyHarmless
