Anarchy was the primary cause of the destruction of Mental Corrosion. Virgil, pissed that everyone was blaming him for the incident, deleted MC. Anarchy has yet to be seen since.

Everyone knows Virgil was Anarchy. UnforgettableFire "outed" him as Anarchy, only to take it back later when he realized his proof was actually heresay, and thus invalid.

Virgil blames it partly on DiscipleJohn. He blames nearly everything on DiscipleJohn

Anarchy was supposed to occur in April. Not as an April's Fools joke, but rather because at the time he planned it, April was a long ways off, and it would only be used in case the board got horribly stale. Virgil got bored while at his parents' house, and jumpstarted it way too soon.
