This System Portal is the primary place to access all Hero System information on this wiki.

Campaigns

TV Superheroes is a superheroic campaign set in a composite universe based primarily (but not exclusively) on such TV superheroes as the Bionic Man, Michael Knight and the Invisible Man. The campaign uses the 4th Edition of the Hero System rules and features characters that fit thematically with the source material and that tie into selected elements from the numerous shows that make up the game world.

A Package Deal may grant a Package Deal Bonus to reflect a character's cohesive concept and background. The size of the bonus varies with the size of the Package Deal.

A player or GM may make detailed adjustments to Characteristic maxima to fine-tune his character, usually as part of a racial Package Deal.

Characters may purchase combat skill levels for OCV at a cost of 5 Character Points per +1 to all OCV.

You can base your article on copyrighted material, you can refer to it, you can link to it, you can even excerpt it under Fair Use, but you can't duplicate it.
