Calm and very considerate, honoring the values his mother placed in him, as well as the teachings of the dragons he was raised by as well. Even for what happened to him, he has no real hatred for his father, though he understands his mothers. Sometimes lets his duty interfere with his family life, but tries his best to balance the two. Holds more esteem and value in the nation, than family, due in part to how he was raised. Though Kye understands some people, he tends to see them distantly and with a bit of disdain as many older dragons do as well. Will never hesitate to side with any dragon, even if wrong, over another person's claim or viewpoint. Takes his duty extremely important as the Captain of the Sanctum in the Sons of Sand. While sometimes brash or headstrong, Kye fully supports the nation, in all aspects and follows the dragons code to the best of his abilities, passing that along to his guard of sanctum as well.

His light blue hair, bordering on a platinum shine is short around the edges, hanging to his shoulders with the bangs allowed to flow to the sides of his face. His sky blue eyes are the piercing match to his hair, both being offset by the tanned skin from the desert sun. Both his wrists are wrapped with cloth, bound with leather straps, as he casually keeps a light shirt on, along with two leather shoulder pads. His dark pants make his outfit seem to stand out for a desert dweller, light fitting and comfortable for movement. He finishes his apparel off with a pair of leather boots, coming almost knee high. Standing out with the gray and blue uniform he prefers, the wind is often caught adjusting his hair to the scenery around him while he is often in thought. A look that makes him like a painting of a soldier from the past.

Kye Kazuki was born in the Blazing Dunes, though known for high temperatures and believed uninhabitable regions there are few who dare to brave the worst of the desert life. Kye had to master the heat, sandstorms and sun before he could fully master himself as a warrior and person. Though having been born in the Blazing Dunes, he is more than fond of the ocean and water. Spending much of his young childhood splitting time between the water and sand. Having an insatiable lust for battle and combat, he is known for his almost insane bloodlust at times. When Kye was growing up, he was often seen buried in the sand or sea, training his muscles to fight the grain of the waves. Having built up an immense skill of movement and precision, he learned to combine that with the raw power he possesses, making him a very deadly fighter.
Born into the life and society of such noble and sometimes terrying beings, not long into his life something went wrong. Having been born to a draconic mother, Sovaia Kazuki, and human father, Krishen Pedriana, he is indeed only a halfling and this is where his problems start to arise. It hadn't been a long deal after the sundering when his father was raided and killed in war, thus forcing his mother to avoid the human cities and settlements for a long while. Sovaia raised her young son many years in the midst of dragon cities and hideaways. It was then, one day playing outside of their fortress that Kye was abducted by people he had never seen. Thrown into a chamber with many other young dragons, he watched as a young man in odd clothing conjured up incantations and spells. The man, noticing a difference between Kye and some of the other young dragons, pulled out Kye separately and prepared a special curse for him.
The dragon clan was bursting in on the small encampment of kidnappers, when Kye realized who the man was exactly. His father.. thought to be dead, was indeed the man about to curse him, but for unknown reasons to Kye. Krishen Pedriana soul binded the young Kye to his human body, sealing any ability to transform that he might end up possessing later in his life. Sovaia and the others rushed in to see a broken Kye, curled up his eyes glazed over and the spell set out around him on the ground as well. The shock all catching them off guard, Sovaia wasted no time in quickly killing her former love. After recovering he strived to become the best he could at combat, so he wouldnt be a waste of life, without his ability to transform. Trading the sand for the water, he stayed on the coasts of the nation, forging himself into a brutal warrior while learning all he could from the elders and his mother.
At the age of 17, Kye was married to a young lady named Junon D'veir, settling down seemed most likely for the pair as it wasnt long after that their son, Lucien Nicolas was born followed by a daughter about 2 years later, named Rose Alexis Kazuki. Having considerable reputation as a sand nomad and fighter, Kye advanced through the ranks of the nation. Catching the eye of many commanders and eventually that of the Sons of Sand Magister, Vayla Arcantine. Still young looking as far as a normal officer for the Sanctum's position, but not many question the resolve of Kye. At the age of 24 he was promoted to Captain, serving Vayla as well as the memory of all dragons. He fights with a drive and will that is unrivaled, protecting not just his family, but the values of the clan and nation in his very soul.
