RRJS3, commonly known as Ronnie, is somewhat of a "new guy" on SiF. However, although it took a little while, he is starting to get used to life on the forums and is now on his way to making various contributions to the site, and meeting all sorts of new friends.

Beginnings

Ronnie has been a fan of Thomas the Tank Engine for as long as he can remember. Up until a year ago, he was under the impression that there was no one else his age that was so passionate about the show. But one day, while searching the internet for information about the TV series, he came across the Thomas guide at TV.com (formerly TVTome). He soon realized that he really wasn't alone after all! He joined immediately, and soon learned of an even greater Thomas site--Sodor Island Forums. Originally, he was concerned that he was not quite ready to keep up with the high expectations of the forum. However, he realized that everyone there shared the very same special interest, and that mattered more than anything else. He wound up joining SiF on the 21st of June, 2006.

In his early SiF life, Ronnie was anything but a model member. Unconstructive posts and lack of involvement interfered with his abitlity to make lasting friends. But over time, he learned proper use of the site, and what was expected of those deemed worthy of SiF membership.

Narrations

In early 2007, Ronnie took up an interest in narrating his favorite Railway Series stories. Though none were that impressive in the least bit, they were his first media productions ever and set Ronnie in the right direction for bigger and better things. These narrations can be found here.

Music Videos

It took a while for Ronnie to decide what he was interested in doing as far as media productions are concerned. After his feeble narration attempts, he then moved on to produce his first music video in June 2007. The song was "Shadow of the Day" by Linkin Park, and was a tribute to Duck. Once completed, he made a second video using the Green Day song "Christie Road". Though both these videos were not exactly on the level of those done by other members, Ronnie was proud of the work he did on them. He plans on doing more in the future, and improving his techniques as he does so. His previous videos can be found here.

Fan Art

A while back, Ronnie made several depictions of TTTE characters on MS Paint. They included The Fat Controller, Toby, Boco, Rusty, Clarabel, Toad, and Henry. He hasn't completed any in quite a while, but may eventually get back into it. His works can be found on his Maj.com gallery.

Current Online Activity and Future Plans

Ronnie is now a very active member of SiF. He intends to create more fan art and music videos, and is in the process of putting together a parody redub with two other SiF members, Dockside Salty and 01Salty, which will feature not only several well known SiF-ers, but a couple of others from outside SiF who were simply perfect matches for the roles. He still occasionally writes reviews for TV.com, and is a staff member on a few smaller forums, but his true home is now SiF.

Throughout his time on SiF, Ronnie has met some truly fantastic individuals. He is also using MSN Messenger more and more frequently, and is constantly making new friends there. He even hopes to meet several SiF members in person once the cirumstances allow it. His future in the world of TTTE fandom is looking rather bright. At this point, there is no where to go but up!

• Ronnie resides in the town of Bay Shore, New York.
• RRJS3 is actually his initials. Ronald RJ Schnepf III
• He is a big fan of lighthouses, and even works as a tour guide at the Fire Island Lighthouse.
• He is a die hard numismatist.
