Confusion and Delay

"You have caused Confusion and Delay - The Fat Controller, on many occasions.

This is a catchphrase that has been used in more recent seasons to the limit. Most forum members hate the line, and nearly every episode features the line, spoken either by the Fat Controller or The Narrator. It is often used in forum conversation to describe the effects of something devasting, for example, members may be heard stating "Stepneydude's recent sex change has caused a lot of confusion and delay."
