Baking and Baker Street

Baking and Baker Street is the second Independent Work currently being authored by Thehalford, following Gifted. It chronicles the life of Will Banington on Saturday nights as he delivers pizzas for 'That Pizza Place'. Will's musical tastes will be featured in later stories.
Characters
- Will Banington: The main character of the story, Will is based strongly on Thehalford. He doesn't really work at That Pizza Place for the money, more for something to do. That doesn't mean he'll say no to the money, however.
- Steve Benson: The other delivery driver at That Pizza Place. As with the other employees, Will doesn't know too much about him, other than he likes netball and the same footy team.
- Alex, Tim, Megan, Rick, Jim and "Bird": The other employees at That Pizza Place – Alex and Tim are managers, the others kitchenhands. Rick seems to have a personal mission to get Will a girlfriend despite Will's best efforts to change subjects as soon as it's brought up. Jim pokes his nose into everything, even when the conversation doesn't involve him in any way. "Bird"'s real name is Josh, and he's a quiet type who gets the job done. Megan and Tim seem to have a thing going.
Other Stuff
The story as a whole is based strongly on Thehalford's life as a pizza delivery driver and his taste in music. It came about mainly because he was encouraged (through a correspondence journalism course) to let his experiences as a delivery driver give him inspiration for stories. So he did. Pretty simple, really.
