Floor 1, Apartment A. Boris
The building superintendent, a wiry, aging Russian man with more than a few prison tattoos. He pretty much does a good job of keeping the place clean, so most of the tenants over-look his soft-core porn and the occasional bout of binge drinking that ends with him screaming and naked on the sidewalk. Note: Apparently, his hardware is hypnotizing to certain Gangrel who shall remain nameless *koff*

Floor 2, Apartment E. Yellow Charlie
An aging bluesman, closely edging on the 80s mark but still vital. He’s a lusty old coot who loves to sit out on the front stoop and ogle all the pretty young girls, but he’s rarely bothered by any of the neighbourhood’s more unsavory elements. He’s got a rare talent for storytelling and people who stop to listen to one of his tall tales may walk away with a bit of insight into a current problem that they’re having. That said, he rarely invites people into his apartment and keeps most of those who would befriend him at arm’s length.

Floor 3, Apartment F. Sarah and Elspeth Yoshimi
22 year old Female Japanese librarian who’s currently taking care of her teenaged sister after their parents died in a plane crash. The younger sister has become very withdrawn since their parents’ deaths and spends most of her free time secluded on the roof or sitting out on the stoop. The older sister has more than a passing obsession with the occult and a huge Doberman named ‘Chavez’ that was a gift from her last boyfriend. She’s interested in the Native American man who lives next door but is much too shy to make her feelings known.
