Tape Busters is an anti-tape mook group based in Los Angeles, California(Formerly Tokyo, Japan). Founded by Largo and Neo-X, this group has dumped thousands of copies of The Tape into Tokyo Bay, and other local harbors.

History
Tape Busters was officially founded October 17, 2007 after a highly successful tape raid carried out by Neo-X and Largo. After Largo returned home and moved the main base's location, XIIIminds stayed behind to run the Tokyo branch.
