Exit the property and head north

You leave the property, and follow a path that is conveniently pointed north. The dirt path is well worn, and before long you come to a cross roads. Or rather a three way convergence. Each path evenly spaced out. Both of these new paths are double wide, and have a run of grass down the center suggesting that they are traveled by carts, or perhaps other wheeled vehicles.
