According to Mamiya, using 120-format film in a 220 back, or visa versa, is not supported and may damage the camera. However, many users have reported success doing so. Using 120 in a 220 back may put undue stress on the pressure plate, and winding mechanism causing premature failure. Using 220 in a 120 back may cause focus issues, and will only allow you to shoot the first 10 frames.

This is an incomplete list. Mount type is in parentheses. Original Sekor lenses did not have a designator for their mount type, and so are listed as (-). Non-KL lenses will mount in the Pro-SD body without the KL adapter, but it will be a looser mount.
Blank-type lenses (-) are single-coated. 'C' and 'KL' mount lenses are multi-coated. The 'KL' lenses are the latest lenses produced.
All RB lenses aside from the 75mm KL T/S and 500mm KL are compatible with all RB bodies. Only the Pro-SD body is compatible with the 75mm KL T/S and 500mm KL lenses.
