One of Psycho Bonus Stage's enemies. In Bonus Stage's Ryaconning, he killed Rya, apparently with a knife, shortly after she became human. His blinding speed, which appears to be his only supernormal ability, made him more than a match for both Joel and Phil, but he refused to kill them on the grounds that a "mercy killing" would be too honorable. His killing of Rya, and his immediate disappearance afterwards, suggests that he was, however, determined to kill someone.
Cloaked Figure's appearance in Bonus Stage 2, besides that as a hollowed shell of his former self in Behind the HTML, suggests that, like Bonus Stage in Season 8, he may be a prominent villain in Psycho Bonus Stage.
