Hates Likes the Wiki people. Hates Joel immensely. Likes Rya.

Phil is basically the same character from Matt Wilson. Carries an unspeakable hatred of Joel ever since he rebuilt Bonus Stage. Also slightly more cynic and sarcastic than before and is attracted to Rya because of the events of Charismaville Crisis. He doesn't think that Psychosis, or Mandy or Rubyrulez, or Clan, are needed in the next Bonus Stage generation, and acts as though they weren't needed, kind of like June in the latest episodes towards Rya and Jessica. However, he does have a change of heart in Fan's Last Stand regarding the fanbase, though he remains as cynic as ever.
