Parlancia's People
The members are the most important thing on a web forum, as any experienced web administrator will tell you. Oh yes, it's all well and good being able to make pretty forum skins out of strange looking coding, but that is useless without members to show and use it. Members create discussions and wreak general havoc across the forum. Parlancia isn't the biggest forum on the Internet, however, it is relatively compact and even so, has a collection of closely knit members.
