I have been asked by many Consultants what the HCSA Policy should be in relation to the forthcoming interview selection panels.... We would support any Consultant who as a matter of conscience declines an invitation to participate in an interview panel.

The DoH announcement today that 'they will look carefully at the system in time for round 2' presupposes that Round 1 goes ahead in its present flawed form. The logic behind this escapes me.
