Little of Ilic Yom's political career is remembered aside from his outspokenness against the Jyen system. Even this would have been forgotten were it not for his assassination at the hands of They. Only later was his affiliation with the Temple of Kand uncovered, and it is often hypothesized that his death was the final push the Temple needed to make its move.
