Species

Because of the crisis, the list of species in the world has undergone a significant change, with many of the new species being sub-human, or former-humans. Each species has their own unique attributes and abilities that differ from others.
Former-Humans
These creatures have evolved to retain all of the abilities of a normal human being, as well as being augmented in strength, cellular growth, and other things. They are meant to be used as a part of a genetically modified army. All of these creatures are well organized and used to operating as a team, with one common goal. They're all very well trained in certain fields of operations, and they do follow a ranking system, with one creature 'out-ranking' another.
Sub-Humans
Creatures that were formally human, but responded in a negative way to the vector released into their bodies, and they lost some of their human-like abilities, such as the ability to wield weapons, or their sense of sight, or even their status as a living thing. However, with the loss of certain senses or abilities, others are still augmented. For example, those that are blind have excellent hearing.
