Grand Marshal Trilogy

The Grand Marshal Trilogy: An ambitious project launched by JAL corporation in 2005 AD with the flagship comic, The Remnant Threat is now between post-production and official publishing. Story boards for the Wrath of the Marshal are being drawn up currently. Only the ending of The Fall of Evil is known.

The name "Grand Marshal Trilogy" is a homage to the Thrawn Trilogy, set five years after Episode VI. While it is hypothetically assumed that a Grand Marshal of the Empire would be in charge of its TIE fighter corps, it is sheer coincidence that our Grand Marshal wears a TIE pilot outfit, and is not a reference to said rank. For even further clarification, the story is set one to two years after Return of the Jedi.

The first of the trilogy, a simple six-scene story concerning itself with the sudden and mysterious appearance of a third Death Star commanded by a self-styled Grand Marshal. Innovations such as the "green screen" and Force effects were introduced in this comic.

The sequel to the first part of the Grand Marshal Trilogy, the Wrath of the Marshal is planned to be almost thrice as long as The Remnant Threat, and reveals the Grand Marshal identity in a series of flashbacks, and also documents his return to power, and not just in the Imperial Remnant.

The Fall of Evil (tentative name)

Grand Marshal Trilogy: The Fall of Evil

The story of TFoE is still very unclear, but one of the strong points of the story is the resurrection of an ancient Sith Lord, and the revelation that the Grand Marshal's efforts were merely to cause enough unrest in the New Republic for Grand Admiral Thrawn to strike.

The Novelizations
