The first match was Taylor McCorrmack, Brandon Branscum, and James Burdick facing off against Alec Bergland, Tarry Anderson, and Dereck Reintjes in a Six-Man tag team match, Burdick and Anderson started the match off exchanging punches the No. 1 Contender to Burdick's title (Ryan Borske) was on commentary, The match ended when Burdick connected with the The Bird on Anderson to get the win for his team, Ryan Borske tried to attack Burdick but McCorrmack and Brandscum stopped him and Burdick and Borske starred one another down.
The second match was Dan Hooper versus Chris Gomez versus Ryan Barnhart versus Cody McDuffie in a Fatal four way match with the winner facing WIW World Television Champion Mark Semmler at Clash of Champions, The match started of with Gomez and Barnhart fighting and Hooper fighting McDuffie. The match truly broke down when everyone started attacking one another. The match came to an end however when Mark Semmler made his impact felt hitting everyone with the World Television title, He would grab a microphone and tell the world that his title will NOT be defended at Clash of Champions because no one should be No. 1 Contender to his title. The Meltdown General Manager Lynn Lehr came out and informed Mark Semmler that he would defend the title this Sunday at the PPV against all the above; Dan Hooper, Chris Gomez, Ryan Barnhart, and Cody McDuffie announcing that the title would be defended in a Five-Way Elimination match, This did not set well with Mark Semmler.
The third match of the night was The Bignell Brothers (Clay and Brian) facing Shawn Adams and Brad Adams in a Tag team match, The Bignells ended up winning with their double team finisher after knocking Brad Adams to the arena floory. After the match Dustin Simpson and Jesse Dern came out and announced that both The Bignells, and Shawn and Brad Adams, along with one other team will get a shot at the Tag Team Championship. Also, announced for Clash of Champions by Lynn Lehr, Women's Champion Amber Martin will defend the title Kiela Belgarde and a Mystery Opponent that will be announced AT the PPV! After the announcement Lynn Lehr was fired as General Manager of Meltdown by WIW Chairman and returning Kevin Hunter!
The fourth match of the night was former Meltdown Heavyweight Champion Kooper McAlmond faced Marc Beltran with the stipulation being added by Brandon Martin (who earlier said it was not right to keep Kooper off of the title picture at Clash of Champions), "If Kooper wins, He will be added to the Heavyweight Championship match at Clash of the Champions". Beltran would control Kooper for most of the match, Brandon Martin would come down and try and help Kooper but Kooper shooed him off. In the end Beltran used a steel chair on Kooper, That would bring Brandon Martin back out and save Kooper. Brandon and Kooper ended it with a shake of hands.
The fifth match of the night was Charlie Lynch and David Mahrt (who is No. 1 Contender to the World Heavyweight Championship) facing Tanner Norum and David Roope, The match lasted a good 15-20 minutes, But in the end Roope walked out on Norum and Mahrt pinned Norum with a roll up for the win.
The Main Event was Team USA (Kevin McAlmond, Martin McAlmond, Brandon Martin, Dustin Simpson & Jesse Dern) vs. The Terrorist (Matt Borske, Scott Murphy, Kris McGowan, Daniel Gonzalez, and Josh Erickson), The match was made in memory of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the Trade Center the World Trade Center, the attack on the Pentagon, the Flight 175 that crashed into 2 WTC. The Main event started with everyone in, everything breaking down; Kevin McAlmond and Matt Borske, Martin McAlmond and Daniel Gonzalez, Brandon Martin and Scott Murphy, and Dustin Simpson and Jesse Dern took out Kris McGowan and Josh Erickson. The ending saw Kevin McAlmond and Martin McAlmond hit a double team finisher on Daniel Gonzalez for the victory over the Terrorists.
