Clash of Champions (2012) is an INTERNET professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Incorporated Wrestling, which took place on September 16, 2012 at the WIW Asylum in Montana. It will be the first annual Clash of Champions. The theme to the Clash of Champions event is that all sanctioned championships in WIW are defended on the card. Other, non-title matches may also occur, as have occurred at past Clash of Champions events.

Night of Champions will feature professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing feuds, plots, and storylines that played out on WIW's primary television programs. Wrestlers portrayed villains or heroes as they followed a series of events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches.
The main event for Turbo involves champion Martin McAlmond against David Mahrt. Mahrt won a 10-Man Royal Rumble match on the August 25 episode of Turbo where he last eliminated Charlie Lynch with help from Dax Hoovestal. Mahrt would loss a match against WIW Champion Kevin McAlmond leading into his title match with martin McAlmond at Clash of Champions. Martin watched each week as Mahrt continued to defeat other superstars leading into the Clash of Champions pay-per-view, On the final Turbo before the PPV McAlmond and Mahrt had a contract signing where things went haywire and Mahrt ended up laying McAlmond out with the title, Mahrt would hold the World Heavyweight Championship to end the show.
The main event for Meltdown involves champion Brandon Martin defending the WIW Meltdown Heavyweight Championship against Sean Thorton and Kooper McAlmond, Thorton was announced to be the No. 1 Contender to the WIW Meltdown Heavyweight Championship. On the September 11 episode of Meltdown McAlmond defeated Marc Beltran by disqualification to earn his spot in the match, later on in the night former-general manager of Meltdown Lynn Lehr told McAlmond who could not be in the match due to the stipulation in his contract, The Anonymous-Chairman of WIW came up on the big screen in a total black room and announced that the clause in Kooper's contract was void and not in the contract anymore, Putting him in the match at Clash of Champions. Kooper McAlmond would show his style when he attacked both Martin and Thorton on the same episode of Meltdown and walk out of the arena with the Meltdown Heavyweight Championship, But the Meltdown Co-General manager would not let him leave with the title and the title was returned to the current reigning Meltdown Heavyweight Champion.
The main event for Dynasty involves champion Kevin McAlmond, Matt Borske and Will Kapphan in a Triple threat Three Stages of Hell match with Kevin's WIW Championship on the line. The three falls along with the match and participates were announced on the Dynasty before the Clash of Champions pay-per-view, with the first fall; A regular Triple threat match, The second fall; Street Fight triple threat match, and the third and final fall if so, will be a Hell in a Cell triple threat, If each star scores a pinfall, a fourth fall will accure and with the Anonymous-Chairman would announce the fourth and final fall. One the final Dynasty before the PPV, McAlmond teamed with the WIW Unified Tag Team Champions The Hooper's (Matt Hooper and Josh Hooper defeated one of his number one contenders to the WIW Championship, Will Kapphan, and The Hooper's number one contenders David Aldrich and Jason Downing in a Six-Man Tag team match but after the match, Matt Borske came out after the match with The Nexus and attacked both Kapphan and McAlmond leaving them laying to end the show.
