Unsettling Differences was a efed pay-per-view produced by the Global Wrestling Federation. It was held in the Humphrey Coliseum in Starkville, Mississippi. The event was named after the winner of the Annuel WrestleMania Special match at WrestleMania, Kevin Owens.

Annihilation (2015) will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on GWF's television programs. Wrestlers portray heels or faces as they followed a series of events that build tension, and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.
At Annihilation, Kevin Owens defeated Rusev, after the match Kane and Rusev attacked Owens, later Owens would announced the name of the event and that at the event Owens will face Rusev, he also announced that it will be a Street Fight.
At Annihilation, Damien Sandow defeated Snitsky to continue his undefeated streak and retain the GWF World Heavyweight Championship. On the June 17 episode of Raw, Terry Funk announced that Sandow would defend the GWF World Heavyweight Championship in a Elimination Chamber match, also announcing that it would be against, Rob Terry, Bray Wyatt, Kanyon, Randy Orton and Snitsky at the event.
At Annihilation, The Wyatt Family defeated The Shield to win the GWF Tag Team Championship. On the June 17 episode of Raw, The Shield announced they will face The Wyatts at the event for the Tag Team Championship, they would later announce that the match would be a Falls Count Anywhere match at the event.
