NXT TakeOver: Welcome to Hell is an upcoming professional wrestling show in the NGW TakeOver series that is scheduled to take place on November 19, 2016, at the Helena Civic Center in Helena, Montana. The event will be produced by WIW, featuring the NGW brand.

The NGW TakeOver show will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines that play out on the NGW television program prior to the TakeOver show itself. Wrestlers portray faces (the "heroes") or heels (the "villains") as they follow a series of events that built tension and culminated in a match or a series of matches.

On the September 28 episode of NGW, NGW Representative Mary McAlmond announced the second annual Max McAlmond Tag Team Classic would take place over the following several weeks, culminating with the finals at NGW TakeOver: Welcome to Hell. The tournament started on the October 8, 2016 episode of NGW.
