NGW Takeover is the name given to the periodic specials produced by World Incorporated Wrestling featuring their NGW brand, which are streamed live on the WIW Network. All NGW TakeOver events have been scheduled to air for two hours. They are held several times a year.

NXT Takeover II will take place at the now known as the NGW Arena in Helena, Montana on September 16, 2014. Kevin Hunter is set to return to the company on this event.
