Elimination Chamber is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view produced by IWE. It will take place on May 31, 2015, at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. It will be the sixth annual Elimination Chamber event, and the first to take place in May. It will be broadcast exclusively on the IWE Network, making it the first Elimination Chamber event not to be broadcast on traditional pay-per-view outlets. Since it's inception in 2010, the pay per view had taken place in February, however, in 2015, it was replaced by IWE Fast Lane and was not re-added until last minute.

Background

Elimination Chamber will feature professional wrestling matches that involve wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on IWE's primary television programs, Raw and SmackDown. Wrestlers will portray heroes or villains as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.

On the May 11 episode of Raw, the event was officially announced to take place on Sunday, May 31, 2015. The event was originally scheduled to be a house show, but plans were changed as the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi is one of the few arenas capable of supporting the weight of the large Elimination Chamber structure. Immediately following Raw, IWE.com announced that there would be two Elimination Chamber matches to take place during the event; one for the IWE Tag Team Championship and one for the vacant IWE Intercontinental Championship.
