Flatline (2014) was a efed pay-per-view produced by the Global Wrestling Federation. It was held on December 21, 2014 at the Scottrade Center in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Global Warfare will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on GWF's television programs. Wrestlers portray heels or faces as they followed a series of events that build tension, and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.

At Survivor Series, Stevie Richards lost the main event match be forced to retire from GWF, that same night Richards and Damien Sandow were forced to vacant the GWF Tag Team Championship. A tournament was formed to crown new champions. The brackets for the tournament were announced with the first round taking place on the December 10 addition of Raw is War, with the finals of the tournament taking place at the Flatline PPV.
