AEW is a Efed professional wrestling promotion based in Atlanta, Georgia. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines. Currently there are four active singles championships, one active tag team championship, and a championship for the female wrestlers. Seven wrestlers currently hold the championships. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of September 30, 2012.

At the top of AEW's championship hierarchy, the AEW Championship is currently held by Bray Wyatt who is in his first reign as AEW Champion. Wyatt won the AEW Championship on September 23, 2012 at Rapture when he defeated Colt Cabana.

The two secondary titles in AEW are the AEW Intercontinental Championship and the AEW Television Championship. The current Intercontinental Champion is Mankind, who is in his first reign after defeating Scott Steiner at Rapture. Austin Aries is in his first reign as Television Champion, winning the title at Summer of Destiny on August 26, 2012, defeating Dolph Ziggler. The third singles title in AEW is for the Light Heavyweights is the AEW Light Heavyweight Championship, the current Light Heavyweight Champion Petey Williams who is the first and so far only Light Heavyweight Champion. Team Canada (Bobby Roode and Chris Jericho) are the current holders of the AEW Tag Team Championship, who are in their first reign as a team. They defeated The Void (Raven and CM Punk) and The Legacy (Ted Dibiase, Jr. and Cody Rhodes) at Summer of Destiny.

There is two championship that is challenged by female wrestlers, The AEW Starlets Championship and the AEW Starlets United States Championship. And the current Starlets United States Champion is Kelly Kelly on her first reign as the Champion, she is the first and only champion and won the title on a episode of Concussion.
