Current championships

At the top of IWE's championship hierarchy, the IWE World Heavyweight Championship is held by current champion Seth Rollins, who defeated previous champion Rob Lesnar and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 31 on March 29, 2015, after he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract to turn their singles match into an impromptu triple threat match.

There are two secondary titles in IWE, the IWE Intercontinental Championship and the IWE United States Championship.

The Intercontinental Championship is currently held by Ryback in his first reign, having won an Elimination Chamber match also involving King Barrett, B-Truth, Mark Henry, Dolph Ziggler and Sheamus at Elimination Chamber to win the vacant title.

The United States Championship is held by four-time champion Dustin Simpson, who defeated Rusev on March 29, 2015, at WrestleMania 31.

The IWE Tag Team Championship is held by The Prime Time Players (Darren Young and Titus O'Neil), who are in their first reign both as a team and individually. They won the championships by defeating The New Day (Big E and Xavier Woods) at Money in the Bank.

A wrestler who has held all four of these titles is recognized to have won the IWE Grand Slam.

There is one championship that is available for female wrestlers, the IWE Divas Championship. It is held by two-time champion Nikki Bella, who defeated AJ Lee on November 23, 2014 at Survivor Series to win the title.
