Clash of Champions (2012) is an upcoming INTERNET professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WIW, which will take place on September 16, 2012 at the WIW Asylum in Montana. It will be the second annual Clash of Champions. The theme to the Clash of Champions event is that all sanctioned championships in WIW are defended on the card. Other, non-title matches may also occur, as have occurred at past Night of Champions events.

The first match announced for Clash of Champions was World Heavyweight Champion Martin McAlmond defending the World Heavyweight Championship against No. 1 Contender David Mahrt. Mahrt won a 10-Man Royal Rumble match on the August 25 episode of Turbo where he last eliminated Charlie Lynch with help from Dax Hoovestal.
