The Legacy (they also go by The New Legacy and Legacy: Reborn in GWF) was an alliance in the professional wrestling promotion's Global Wrestling Federation (GWF) and Attitude Era Wrestling (AEW), they competed on its GWF's Raw brand in 2010. Originally, The Legacy was a group led by Randy Orton that contained the tag team of Ted Dibiase, Jr. and Cody Rhodes. The concept behind the group was that each member was a multi-generational wrestler. The name The Legacy was a reference to their extensive family histories in wrestling.

In AEW, on August 26, 2012 at AEW's pay-per-view Summer of Destiny, Rhodes and Dibiase had a chance at the AEW Tag Team Championship, but failed to gain the championship. In 2015, Axel and Dibaise aligned themselves with Orton and took up the name Legacy.

In the GWF promotion, In January 2010, Rhodes and DiBiase first formed an alliance winning GWF Tag Team Championship on an episode of Raw is War. In 2014, a different variation of the group emerged in GWF that being Randy Orton, CM Punk and Adrian Neville, Neville became a two-time GWF Hardcore Champion, and in 2015 defeated The Shield along with Punk to win the GWF Tag Team Championship.
