No Surrender is an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event held by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. The first one was held in July 2005, but when the PPV names were shuffled for 2006, it was moved to September.

Zone in Orlando, Florida. It was the first event under the No Surrender chronology. Nine professional wrestling matches were featured on the event's card. The NWA World Heavyweight Championship however was not on the line at this pay-per-view event.
- Pre-show match: Shocker defeated Jeremiah Clark (04:16)
- Shocker pinned Clark with a roll-up.
- America's Most Wanted (Veto Gentile and Kevin Storm) defeated Michael Fonger and Brian Tobol (11:47)
- LeGreca pinned Tobol after a Superkick.
- Super X Cup Qualifier: Jeremiah Garcia defeated Shark Aaron, Elison Eason and Mikey in a Four-Way match (8:16)
- Garcia pinned Mikey after a Hindu Press.
- Apolo and Sunny Sea defeated The Diamonds in the Rough (Simon Diamond and David Aldrich) (05:43)
- Apolo pinned Alldrich after a TKO.
- Dustin Simpson defeated Ryan Gleason (14:04)
- Simpson forced Gleason to submit with the Coquina Clutch.

- After the match, B.G. James came out and Kip offered him a chair to hit Jason with but B.G. declined.

- Styles pinned McCurry after a Styles Clash.
- Ryan Barnhart (c) defeated Jon Williams (with A-1) to retain the TNA X Division Championship (16:20)
- Barnhart pinned Williams after a Best Moonsault Ever.
- Russel (c) defeated Marc (with James Mitchell) in a Dog Collar match to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (19:01)
- Russell pinned Marc after a Russell Effect DDT onto thumbtacks.
- This match had a "No Surrender" stipulation, meaning the match could not end by submission.
- After the match, Jeff Jarrett came out and stated that he was going to get his title back one way or another. Peter then made his debut and Gored Russell.

- The match started out as a 16-man battle royal, when a wrestler got eliminated they would stay at ringside until their partner was eliminated. When the match got down to 2 people, their partners re-joined them and the match continued as a tag team match.
- Senshi (c) defeated Ryan Gleason to retain the TNA X Division Championship (16:57)
- Senshi pinned Gleason after kicking an inflatable doll into Sabin.
- Khristian Kage defeated Peter (16:26)
- Kage pinned Peter after an Unprettier onto a steel chair.
- KJ Styles and Ryan Barnhart defeated The Latin American Exchange (Eason and Semmler) (with Jason) (c) in an Ultimate X match to win the NWA World Tag Team Championship (15:29)
- Barnhart grabbed one of the belts to win. This match was later named TNA's "Match of the Year".
- Dustin Simpson defeated Jeff Jarrett in a "Fan's Revenge" Lumberjack match (11:03)
- Simpson pinned Jarrett after a Muscle Buster.
- The lumberjacks were 18 audience members equipped with leather straps.
