All Hail is a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event, produced by World Incorporated Wrestling for their Rage and ShowDown brands. It will take place on February 27, 2020, at the Teller Park inCharming, California; this will be the second All Hail to be held at this venue after the inaugural All Hail, which was held there when it was previously referred to as King Teller Sports City Stadium; the stadium changed its name to Teller Park in 2020. It will be the eighth event that WIW will hold in Golden State under a 10-year partnership in support of 10-year partnership.

[edit] Background
- Main article: WIW in The Golden State
In early 2018, the American professional wrestling promotion WIW began a 10-year strategic multiplatform partnership with the King Sports Authority in support of California Vision 2030, California's social and economic reform program.
[edit] Storylines
The event will include matches that result from scripted storylines, where wrestlers portray heroes, villains, or less distinguishable characters in scripted events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches. Results are predetermined by WIW's writers on the Rage and ShowDown brands, while storylines are produced on WIW's weekly television shows, Wednesday Night Rage and Friday Night ShowDown, due to WIW holding it's PPV's Saturday, ShowDown is moved to Friday instead.
