War of the Worlds is an upcoming professional wrestling supershow co-produced by the American Ring of Honor (ROH) and Japanese New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) promotions. The event will take place on May 17, 2014, at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, New York, United States and will air live on internet pay-per-view (iPPV) through Ustream.

War of the Worlds will feature a nine professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines. Wrestlers portray villains or heroes as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.
