Destination X is an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event held by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in the month of March. Despite what the name and promotional posters seem to imply, the show is not focused around the X Division any more so than any other pay-per-view, although the 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2010 events had Ultimate X matches. It was announced on TNA Wrestling's official website in January 2011 that Destination X was moving from March to July, switching places with TNA's traditional July PPV, Victory Road

Destination X (2006) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), which took place on March 12, 2006 from the TNA Impact! Zone in Orlando, Florida. It was the second event under the Destination X chronology. Eight professional wrestling matches were featured on the event's card.

• Pre-Show match: Shane Harris defeated Cassidy Riley (03:21)
  • Harris pinned Riley after a Halo.
• Pre-Show match: The Diamonds in the Rough (David Young and Elix Eason) (with Simon Diamond) defeated Shark Boy and Norman Smiley (03:17)
• Alec Leon defeated Jay Lethal (10:08)
  • Leon pinned Lethal after a Sliced Bread #2.
• Lance Hoyt defeated Matt Bentley (with Traci) (07:59)
  • Hoyt pinned Bentley after a Boot From Hell.
• Team Canada (Bobby McAlmond and Eric Young) (with Coach D'Amore and A-1) defeated The Naturals (Chanse Potter and Alec Bergland) (12:24)

• Jeff Jarrett, Abyss, and America's Most Wanted (Dustin Harris and Kevin Storm) (with James Mitchell and Lauren Ireland) defeated Rhino, Blake Wheeler, and Team 3D (Brother Harlan and Brother Scott) in an 8-Man War (20:10)
  • Jarrett pinned Wheeler after a Stroke.
• Christopher Barnhart defeated Samoa Simpson (c) and K.J. Styles in an Ultimate X match to win the TNA X Division Championship (13:26)
  • Barnhart unlatched the X Division title to win.
• Khristian Kage (c) defeated Monty Brown to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (17:11)
  • Cage pinned Brown after an Unprettier.
  • After the match, America's Most Wanted, Abyss, Alex Shelley, Team Canada, Jeff Jarrett, and Brown attacked Kage. Rhino came down to help Kage, and eventually Sting made his return and attacked Jarrett and locked him in the Scorpion Death Lock. Scott Hunter then made his debut in TNA, attacking Sting and placed him in the Steiner Recliner.

Destination X (2007) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), which took place on March 11, 2007 from the TNA Impact! Zone in Orlando, Florida. It was the third event under the Destination X chronology. Nine professional wrestling matches were featured on the event's card.

• The Latin American Xchange (Homicide and Hernandez) (with Konnan) defeated Team 3D (Brother Harlan and Brother Scott) (with Johnny Rodz) in a Ghetto Brawl (14:49)
  • Homicide pinned Scott after Alec Leon hit Scott with a camera and then a Frog Splash through a table.
• Kevin Storm and Jacqueline Weikart defeated Jon Williams and Lauren Ireland in a Double Bullrope match (07:52)
  • Storm pinned Williams after a superkick.
• Senshi defeated Austin Starr in a Crossface Chickenwing match (11:09)
  • Senshi forced Starr to submit with the Crossface Chickenwing.
• The Voodoo Kin Mafia (B.G. James and Kip James) defeated The Heartbreakers (Antonio Thomas and Romeo Roselli) (with Jehann Kazem) (09:02)
  • B.G. pinned Antonio after a Pumphandle Slam.
• Chris Sabin (c) defeated Jerry Lynn in a Two out of Three Falls Match to retain the TNA X Division Championship (12:18)
  • Lynn pinned Gomez after a Tornado DDT (05:51)
  • Sabin pinned Lynn using the ropes for leverage (08:51)
  • Sabin pinned Lynn with the Cradle Shock after the distraction of a masked man (12:18)
  • After the match, the masked man (Christopher Barnhart) hit the Angel's Wings on Gomez and hit Lynn with the X Division Title belt.
• Rhino defeated K.J. Styles in an Elevation X match (09:05)
  • Rhino knocked Styles off the structure to win.
• Matt Borske defeated Scott Hunter (12:42)
  • Borske pinned Hunter after a Sunset Flip off the top-rope.
• Sting defeated Abyss in a Last Rites match (10:41)
  • Sting won the match after putting Abyss in the casket and shutting the lid.
• Khristian Kage (c) defeated Samoa Simpson to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (17:57)
  • Kage pinned Simpson after flipping over while in the Coquina Clutch and using the ropes for leverage.

Destination X (2013) (aka Impact Wrestling: Destination X) is an upcoming professional wrestling event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). It is set to take take place on July 18 at the Broadbent Arena in Louisville, Kentucky. It will be the ninth event under the Destination X chronology. Unlike the previous events, this event will not be held on Pay-Per-View (PPV) and will instead be featured as a special edition of TNA's weekly broadcast of Impact Wrestling. The episode aired on a two-hour tape delay.

• Xplosion match: Joseph Park defeated Devon (6:22)
  • Park pinned Devon after a splash from the middle rope.
• Austin Brown defeated Bobby McAlmond in a Bound for Glory Series match (11:56)
  • Aries pinned Roode after a Brainbuster.
• Jeremiah Dutt defeated Homicide and Petey Williams Three-way match in a tournament for the vacant TNA X Division Championship (4:06)
  • Dutt pinned Homicide after a moonsault double foot stomp.
• Manik defeated Chavo McAlmond and Kenny King in a tournament for the vacant TNA X Division Championship (4:35)
  • Manik pinned Kenny King after a running double high knee.
• Greg Marasciulo defeated Rubix and Rockstar Spud in a tournament for the vacant TNA X Division Championship (6:25)
  • Marasciulo pinned Spud.
• Chris Sabin defeated Bully Harlan (c) to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship (18:44)
  • Aces & Eights and The Main Event Mafia gathered around ringside after the start of the match and later brawled across the arena.
  • Sabin pinned Bully Harlan after hitting him in the head with his hammer.

Destination X (2014) (aka Impact Wrestling: Destination X) is an upcoming professional wrestling event produced by the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion. It is the tenth event under the Destination X chronology. Like the previous year's event, this event will not held on pay-per-view (PPV) and will instead be featured as a special edition of TNA's weekly broadcast of Impact Wrestling. It was taped on June 26 and will air on July 31.

Destination X will feature professional wrestling matches that involve different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers portray villains, heroes, or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.

On June 23 TNA confirmed on their website that the company will be returning to the six-sided ring starting at the Impact Wrestling tapings in New York City.

TNA continued the tradition that began in June 2012 Destination X event where the current X Division Champion can invoke "Option C" - a concept in which the current X Division Champion may voluntarily vacate the championship in exchange for a TNA World Heavyweight Championship match at this year's Destination X event. On June 24, Aries agreed to give up the title to face World Champion Lashley at Destination X for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

On June 24 TNA announced that The Hardys (Josh Hooper and Matt Hooper) would be competing at the Destination X. Jeff Hooper and Matt Hooper reunited and they challenged the TNA Tag Team Champions The Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards).

At Destination X TNA started a tournament to determine the new TNA X Division Champion, after the title was vacated by Austin Brown when he invoked Option C. The tournament consisted of three three–way semifinal matches.

  • Low Ki pinned Manik after a Ki Krusher.

• Sanada defeated Brian Cage and Crazzy Steve in a TNA X Division Championship Three-way semifinal tournament match (4:33)
  • Sanada pinned Steve with a Tiger suplex bridge.

• Samoa Simpson defeated Homicide and Tigre Uno in a TNA X Division Championship 3-Way semifinal tournament match (9:49)
  • Joe pinned Homicide after a Muscle buster.

• Lashley (c) defeated Austin Aries in a Singles match to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship (20:06)
  • Aries had invoked Option C to receive a title shot.
  • Lashley pinned Aries after a spear.

On the August 7th edition of Impact Wrestling (taped June 27) Samoa Simpson, Sanada and Low Ki wrestled in a three way tournament final to crown the new X Division Champion, in which Joe was victorious.

Destination X (2015) (aka Impact Wrestling: Destination X) is an upcoming professional wrestling event produced by the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion. It will be the eleventh event under the Destination X chronology. Like the previous year's event, this event was not held on pay-per-view (PPV) and was instead featured as a special edition of TNA's weekly broadcast of Impact Wrestling. It was taped on May 17 and it set to air on June 10.
