Carter resurfaced in NGW Wrestling as being Cory Ward's new tag team partner, who on the November 5 episode of NGW TV when they attacked former NGW Champion Kooper McAlmond and Chris Gomez (who was Cory's former tag team partner) until the father of Kooper McAlmond, Billy McAlmond made the save and chased them off, later that night it was announced that Cory Ward and Pat Carter will team for the first time at NGW Takeover: Our Revolution against Kooper and Billy McAlmond.
