It was later announced that this will be the last pay-per-view that will be from 7-9pm, no other information has surfaced about what time slot WIW PPV's will be moving to.

Payback will feature professional wrestling matches that involve wrestlers from pre-existing feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on WIW's primary television programs, Dynasty and Turbo. Wrestlers will portray villains or heroes as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.
