Money in the Bank (2012) is an upcoming INTERNET professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by WIW, which will take place on July 15, 2012 at the WIW Asylum on Montana. There are currently no matches scheduled for the show.

Money in the Bank will feature professional wrestling matches that involve different wrestlers from pre-existing feuds, plots, and storylines that will be played out on WIW's primary television programs. Wrestlers will portray villains or heroes as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.

This year's Money in the Bank ladder matches will have a slightly different format, as while there will be the usual two matches (one for a future WIW Championship match, one for a future World Heavyweight Championship match and one more a Meltdown Heavyweight Championship), they will each be interbranded; where at previous Money in the Bank PPVs, Turbo and Meltdown wrestlers competed for the WIW Championship shot, Dynasty and Meltdown competitors challenged for the World Title shot, and Dynasty and Turbo competitors challenged for the Meltdown World Title opportunity.

The first type of feud announced was a Tournament for the WIW Championship with the tournament being held on Dynasty and the winner being crowned on Dynasty, The winner will face Kevin McAlmond for the WIW Championship at Money in the Bank, Matt Borske and Marc Beltran were the first two announced. By WIW's website, WIW.com on Sunday evening Chris Gomez, Daniel O'Brien, Kris McGowan, Nick Kessler, Ryan Borkse, and Grant Boynton were announced in the tournament, The final eight participates will be announced the night the tournament starts, On June 27, 2012 on Dynasty.

On June 28, 2012 by WIW.com, It was announced that Meltdown World Heavyweight Champion Brandon Martin got into a fight with Richard Munoz who has been wanting a title shot since the ending of Kooper McAlmond's second reign, it was later announced that Martin agreed to put the title up for grabs against Munoz at Money in the Bank. On the July 4, 2012 Dynasty's edition there was one Meltdown Money in the Bank ladder match qualifier, Kooper McAlmond defeated Sean Thorton, due to stipulations from the match at Hardcore Havoc Kooper was unable to get a Meltdown World Heavyweight Championship match, but since Kooper earned a match in the Money in the Bank ladder match he is able to be in match.

The third Money in the Bank ladder match was for the WIW Championship, Hand picked superstar that was recently in the WIW Championship tournament Grant Boynton was announced by General Manager Glennda McAlmond. On the July 4, 2012 edition of Dynasty James Burdick, Jason Downing and Matt Golds were later announced to be in Dynasty's Money in the Bank ladder match. Later that night it was announced by the WIW Board of Directors that the final three spots in the Money in the Bank ladder match for Dynasty will be announced to be the last two superstars eliminated in the Semifinals WIW Championship tournament, and the final spot will be the loser of the finals match.
