When a new application is posted in the IPON Forum Applications section the applicant will be deemed to be accepted into IPON when one of the following two criteria are met: 1- More than 50% of current IPON members vote YES or 2 - After 7 days from the application being posted, more than 50% of IPON members who have posted in the thread vote YES.
